Social ethics

Profession

Between 2000 and 2009 I worked at the Oswald von Nell-Breuning Institute for Business and Social Ethics at Philosophisch-Theologischen Hochschule Sankt Georgen in Frankfurt, in the beginning as a student assistant, after achieving my degree in theology as a graduate assistant. Since working at the Canon Law Institute (IKR) in Münster and later in at Ruhr-University Bochum I don't find enough time for that. Nevertheless I try to bring both disciplines together. I attempt to integrate ethical thoughts into Canon Law thinking (i.e. by dealing with questions of law and ethics, justice of law, law and morality, gender issues in Canon Law, and the connection of Canon Law and Church Polity, Politics and Policy).
